It is a 10 second turbo... whether people hit that normally or not is another question.

No fair Its not a VIII.

Out of curiousity how much of a difference is there from say a .63 housing to any of the bigger housings for the hot side?

And to stay on topic I will find out what mine will run hopefully next weekend... I think I am running out of things that can fail

I have a few budys running 10.4-10.9 on avg its nice to see you can get in the 9.XX sec even it not being a evo 8 its still a evo.

Hey trinababe since your car has everything striped out the car you should run low 10sec maybe high 9's ill root for you. Keep me posted.

Oh, that's when the stuff you fixed starts breaking again. Don't sweat it you'll still be broke =)

We experimented with the .63 and a .82(I think) and we lost 30whp on the same boost setting with the .82 and 55whp with the .63 (25psi)
But a lot more responsive power down low

Wow.. 55 @ 25psi?? Is that with the nitrous or boost alone? Seems like a lot of power to drop considering the car probably only makes mid to high 400s at that boost.

And as for breaking more stuff.... I will be sad to say the least
My car wont be hitting 9s anytime soon. The chassis is built to run decent times with weight savings and what not but the stock engine will hold me back ALOT. My guess is the car will run 10.80s at the same 27ish psi. The most boost I will run it with is around 30 but with normal crap tires I dont see much better until I put on some slicks and build the motor.

11.3 @ 125 for me. Stock motor with headstuds though. Keep in mind when going with a 35r, you will have to build your motor and buy quite a few goodies to run it properly. I would say with a built motor, and proper supporting mods (ignition, fuel) @ 34-35psi I would be running mid-low 10s.

The way the car sits now I would say 11.0 @ 30-31psi best time, because my ignition isn't efficient right now. Also the stock block is not all that tight at this point i'm sure with 54k on it.

Yea i know what you mean alot of people just buy the turbo without the suporting mods and think its going to put out crazy numbers but then someone down the line tells them they need more just a turbo.
