1/4's in southern cali

I used to co down to carlsbad for thier 1/4 when I had my boosted integra... but alas, nows its gone. where are some other close places that are open to street cars around the irvine area. I know it won't be that close but I really dont want to drive an hour and a half if I dont have to. thanks

There isn't anything really close to the Irvine area. You'll have to go out to California Speedway in Fontana or LACR in Palmdale for a 1/4 mile track. I used to go to Carlsbad, I miss that track.

There is Irwindale Speedway too, but it's only 1/8th, still a very good track though and open every thursday. If you get there early you can get many runs in, while at Fontana you'll be lucky to get more than three runs in. LACR is also open every Wed. and Fri. but it is a very slow track, so don't expect great times there. The Mopar Drag City should be open later this year and should be one of the best tracks in So Cal-
