Excessive Weight Transfer

I'm getting excessive weight transfer on causing my Front wheels to spin off the launch, what are some of the suspension setups the drag cars are using to minimize transfer.

I've considered stiffer rear springs with stock fronts springs, coilovers, stiffer front sway bar, even a wheelie bar to preload the front.

I'm taking sugestions as my car will be down for a week or so for the turbo and drivetrain upgrades.

I might try to ratchet down the front of my car next time I go out. Mine lifts very badly as well.

Sway bar won't help any. Try getting rear struts if you're wanting to stop it. I'm spinning a lot off the line too, but I'm just going to lower my 2step some and try it again.

Ratchet what down?

Actually a front sway bar keeps the front end from lifting. Thats why muscle cars pull the front swaybar for more transfer.

I am having same issues and I have been doing a lot of research on this subject

It would seem that we are burdened with the laws of physics and a poor dra racing rear suspension

To improve a loosing battle I am trying stiffer rear springs with more bump dampning and also more rebound dampning on the front

I will report how it does

By ratcheting the front down I mean using a ratching tie down and compressing the suspension before the launch. It will lower the front of the car slightly making it want to lift less. Its not a good way to do it but it might help. My front right now is lifting enough to actually leave rubber chunks all of the front fenderwells from the fronts spinning.
