daniel willie's trap speed was 125 mph on the 10.55 Evo pass

 

Tracy, that is what I have too- but unfortunatley 125 isn't enough to get on the TRAP SPEED list. Both lists are separate. You may be on one and not the other.

There was an Evo 8 this weekend up at Great Lakes Dragway in Union Grove, WI. WI license plates read "spins all 4". It was white and had a couple of AMS stickers on it. It had spray, a 37r, and it ran 10.4@ 139mph

 

hmmm interesting. See if you can find out more. It's funny that some of these guys with beasts for cars aren't active members on this board... I'd love to include them if you can get a name, date/ET/Trap specs for me.

That kid with the white car at Union Grove is Garret Parker. Not sure why he isn't on any boards but I have met him a few times. His times sound legit, AMS built car and decent driving for an 18 year old kid

 

hmmmm... Well if someone can get me more detailed info I will post it for sure. I'd hate to guesstimate.

 

ams gt35r the smallest turbo out of the top 5 atleast, i am almost positive the other top 5 cars have larger turbo's and motors as well

 

Curt ran that 9.68 with 4 counts of knock at the line, when he launch it had already spun a rod bearing, so that makes the 9.68 @ 141mph even more impressive...... and Ams,buschur,Al all have 42r set ups. so that shows really how fast curt car is, I'd look for him to be back at the track in 3-4weeks runin low low 9's on that 35r, if my calculations are correct when he puts a 42r in the car, he'll own the worlds fastest EVOLUTION 8 in the world, but hey these are my own thoughts... guess we just have to wait.....
