12.5@111 stock boost ix RECORD?

Pretty excited i finally reached my goal of having a stock boost car hit a 12.5@111. i did my own ecuflash with minor timing changes, a couple fuel pressure changes and no KNOCK! the car also has a fuel pump and turboback. heres the slip
left lane

i think its pretty good but i no my ET should be alot lower with this trap speed. o well throw me some advice! thanks

Bump for what? For advice? Ok, learn to shift. The rest is looking good, although with a TBE, it's unlikely that you're still at stock boost, but you can claim stock boost system.

I'm curious why you made fuel pressure changes...

60' is fine... but whats up with the slow shifting...

i had a 1.81 60' and ran 12.3 at 111

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VGgYz5sh2fg

with a launch like that you should have ran 12.1, launching is a the hard part and ya did a decent job so ignore the people that say to work on it. you just need to shift a little faster than my grandma and youll be set =-p

cheers!

A bit of an exaggeration there, 4WS. You tend to do that a lot. There's not much chance of him hitting a 12.1 with a 1.77 60'. Maybe on a 1.66 60', but that would still be pushing it. He should be moreso in the 12.3x range with a 1.77.

better than that... if i did a 12.3 with a 1.81, how would be do a 12.3 with a 1.77?

exaggeration often? do u stalk me? i think shaving down a little over .1 is very possible with a better 60'

Because you can't just say 12.3. There's a huge difference between 12.39 and 12.30. Extremely few people run 12.1x with 111mph. You can't just use your one 12.3(?) @ 111 as the comparison for all drag runs. Also, 1.81 is not much different from 1.77. You don't drop over a tenth just from a .04 increase in 60'.
