I should also mention that I tune the car myself with ECUflash and I have put probably 20 bottles of 50-75 shot through the motor, 5 bottles of 125 shot, and one bottle of 175 shot. I did a compression test last night before I started installing my cams and got 180 across the board. I turn 8600rpm through the traps in 4th gear. These motors are pretty strong with a conservative tune.

 

nice. i dont know y it matters whether u use nos or not. Its the same thing. a 9 sec run is a 9 sec run as is a 10 secrun is just a 10 sec run no matter how u do it

 

what would happen if i ran a 50 shot on the mods i have in my sig? would i have to get a re-tune for a 50 shot? i hear people run 50 shot with out tunning. but if you went to a 75 or higher you have to get a tune. can anyone chime in on this. i am wondering if it is a good idea to run it with meth. thanks all.

 

Nitrous is the best! My local track does not post time slips but i can tell you that i will gain a six car lenght advantage with a 50 shot over not spraying.

 

A 50 shot on the stock ecu would be safe, but on a reflashed ECU which is already leaner than stock with more timing advance, I would say you should have some timing pulled out. It really depends on how aggressive or mild your timing map is. Guessing is how people break things with nitrous.

 

how are the comp cams ? i think both of the evos in here are using them. 272 and 280. i hear they have the wickedest top end too. i need input..thanks..
