that was the 1st pass ever made on the new setup . we dint know what to expect out of the car so i took it a lil easy on the launch . and being on stock tires with some good power is not easy to keep from spinning them mad..

supra was 115mph and evo was 123mph..what went wrong? did your clutch dis-ingage later when u launched?

 

sean iveys supra is a mid 9 sec car he was on the brakes the whole event as he does not have a 9 sec certified cage in the car. it is still a street car . as for the evo it was the 1st pass made on the setup and the 6spd just sucks period .. a 5spd conversion will be done soon . shifting into 5th just kills the mph

oh i see....very nice for the first run for sure bro. The stock tires will spin like crazy with the power you are pushing. Have fun with it and once you got the car figured out, go hit some low-10s .
