First time at the track

Hey yesterday I went to the track for the first time ever. I was kind of disappointed with my times. This is an Evo IX

First run of the night:
R/T - .659
60' - 2.027
330 - 5.645
1/8 - 8.285
MPH - 80.12
1000' - 11.226
1/4 - 13.340
MPH - 106.96

Last run of the night:
R/T - .995
60' - 1.814
330 - 5.262
1/8 - 8.153
MPH - 81.75
1000' - 10.650
1/4 - 12.726
MPH - 108.70

MODS: Catless TBE + O2 housing, Ebay FMIC, AMS LICP, AMS MBC, Walboro 255lph fuel pump, HKS Drop in filter, ACT HDSS Clutch...."2-Step" (rev limiter) at 5,600 and the car is reflashed. Shifting at 7,200-7,400 every gear and except 4th..I let 4th go to 7,500-7,600..

A friend of mine that was watching told me he can tell that I was shifting really slow and for some reason I cant shift fast lol I keep grinding when I try to shift faster. Im kind of disappointed though...Ill be going back in a couple of weeks hopefully and try to get better times.

i mixed race gas and pump gas, dont worry man you'r car is making power maybe it's just pulling timing up top a little bit or it could just be your shifting...you are tuned wright??

Maybe 12.2-12.4 on pump but hard to say without seeing shifting, 1/8 mile trap is low but he picks up 27 mph on back half, which is in line with other cars running high elevens, trapping much higher.

+ 1 on the 1/8 mile mph. That seems really low but you pick up really well on the back half. When I was trapping 108, my 1/8 mph was around 83-85. Since you say your shifting at 7200 - 7400, I'd guess somethings not right down low unless your shifting is just "REALLY" slow. Once your in 4th gear, your able to pick up good mph up to 108.
