G/Force EVO
G/Force has their Drag/circuit car running a 9.756 in the quarter + running a 57.035 on the Tsukuba circuit. Pretty impressive numbers for one car to do both so well. They are running a GT3240 with 2.5KG boost resulting in 700 HP.
