My DSM Shootout Results - New PB ET & MPH Inside!

Well just got home from the 2007 're-scheduled' DSM Shootout at Norwalk Raceway and all I can say is what a cold day haha! After a couple of practice runs I got things dialed in for the track and conditions. After a few 11.6's I was able to get an 'ok' 60 foot resulting in a new personal best ET record of 11.56 @ 118.81 mph! Here is the timeslip (car 902):

On another pass I trapped 119.23 mph setting a personal mph best for me!

My Mods:

- BR 3" TBE w/ Testpipe & Bullet Muffler
- BR Tubular o2 Housing
- BR OEM Ported & Jet Coated Exhaust Manifold
- BR Intake w/ Cone Filter
- BR Race FMIC
- BR Upper & Lower Intercooler Pipes
- Cosworth MIVEC Camshafts
- Excedy Twin Disc HD Clutch
- Buschwacker Transmission w/ Evo 8 Fourth Gear
- Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
- ARP Head Studs
- Forge MBC
- DynoFlash/Buschur Racing/DEI-Pro Custom Tune

Tires - Stock Advans @ 22 psi on all 4 corners
Boost - Would spike to 26psi in 4th and drop to 21 psi by redline
Gas - 50/50 mix of 94 Sunoco & 112 Sunoco Leaded Race Gas

Buschur Racing Dyno Results - 345 awhp & 344 ft/lbs tuned on 93 octane.

This was done in full street trim with full interior. I am still on the stock turbo and can't wait to get into a fpgreen with all the other goodies that I can add along with it. With a good sixty I see 11.4's possible, but will have to wait to next year.

The car is being stored for winter now so over the next couple of months she will go under the knife and get some well deserved upgrades. Next year should really be exciting. I am VERY happy with my results this year. The stock turbo amazes me more and more each time I get faster. Thanks to all who support and help make this car what it is today! Enjoy.

Congratulations on the PB. I think I may have this run on video. I remember seeing the times when I reviewed the tape. Yes, the day could have been a little warmer and the 60's would have been better.

That would be great if you have the video. That was like the only run we didn't video tape

Hey white8, your MPH is suffering before the 1/8th then you pull a good MPH on the back side....
