Working on getting the car to ET how's my trap speed?

Well finally got a break from the rain and went to Grudge Night @ Sac Raceway.

Too bad it was quite chilly by the time we started at 6pm.

Temps dropped to the 50's i think by 8pm Not to mention before the event i went out on the track and took a good look at the start line and first 100ft or so and not much VHT out like previous track days where my shoes would almost come off

Car is still on stock wheels and Advans w/ 22psi front & 26psi rear.

First run when the temps were still in the 60's was the best 60 ft 1.7 11.3 @ 128 with some break up in 4th gear (fouled pugs from driving around on pump)

By the time i got my 2nd and 3rd runs it was quite cold and car wouldn't hook at all while sitting on the 2 step set at 5400

Both those runs went 2.0 60ft 11.4 @ 131mph.

These were all done w/ 30psi on ERC 118 leaded.

Wish i had time to adjust the 2 step some so we'll wait for a TNT to figure that out.....but i want to put some DR's on to eliminate the track condition variables some-what.

How's that trap speed look to you guys........i still need a bit more seat time being my 2nd time on the strip with it

I'll have the slips up later today and possibly a vid.

Somethings off. Even if that mustang reads like a dynojet you should be at 134-135 mph.

Wow, with that speed you should be in the mid 10's. Very nice power.

Unfortunately i never got a real clean pass that night.

I'm confident that once i do and am able to get through each gear properly the mid to hi 130's we go

It looks like we get a good shot this Fri for a real T-N-T to work things out.

I have been tempted to go out on one of those TNT nights....but $50 is gonna hurt my pocket for just drag racing Call me a cheapo
I work night shifts so Wed night fun drag for $15 is out of the question.....

Either way Pat there's alot more in it, wish you the best of luck.
