where are you getting that from?? the evo x has like less whp or the same as an evo ix but weighs 3517 lbs compared to the ix's 3250... i am going to guess around a 13.8

That may be true but from a very reliable source, that car was a kite in weight, a combo of an awesome driver and major weight reduction would equal his fast times..
