Oh noes here come the fan boi's backing up the favorite fendor. I think the X personally is going to have a hard time breaking 11's.

1. Smaller turbo...boost falls off quicker
2. Alot heavier
3. Too short geared. To break 11's you need to trap around 112-114, that will require shifting into 5th unless taking the X to 8000rpm.

I myself am voting for AMS to hit low 12's, maybe high 11's with some race gas.

I have kinda high hopes for Vivid. they are stand up guys. and since day one have been working away with the car, and posting what they are doing, and answering any Q's people have. Thay have also played an active role in helping decypher the ecu with other members of the community. Sure vishnu has a working setup, but frankly one of the great things about the evo, is Ecuflash. They seem very excited to be creating something new, so Im going to give it to the underdog on this one, they arent AMS or BR (who are still amazing), but I think they'll produce some awesome products/times. Besides the Giants won the superbowl, it's the year of the underdog already.

can't wait to hear a 4B11T.. BLEW.. UP..!!

I am a Buschur Fan but I can see AMS there first.. Buschur doesn't quite seem like there interested in gearing it up ASAP and launch it down the 1320.. I see them more like taking their time and doing more R&D to come up with some amazing products.. I think making $$ is more to DB's appeal.. and when a good stand alone comes out.. I can see them tunning there X and taking it faster than the rest..lol

But my other guess is Vishnu Tuning buying AMS parts secretly, slap them on their X, tune it and beat everyone to the punch.. then lots of X owners are going to get Vishnu Tuned.. <-- and will sha'll see how long they last.. till BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMM..!!

does this car have direct port fuel injection? If so,it should be able to run more lean. the 4g63 was and is a great engine. I dont think mitsu would just trash it for something half ***. I believe this engine may have a few kinks in it, but overall its probably going to do well.

The question is who's going to do push it to the limits so the rest of us know how far as can push it =-)

I made 438/444 with 1500 in mods...

Will the X be as easy to make fast as my IX?
Will the X be as reliable as my IX?
Will there be more bolt on turbo options?

Those are the questions im asking...

AGP is already making 330whp... thats good for a 12.5-12.6 with stock weight and a decent 60'

Cheers!
Considering which dyno type (and I'm not trying to bench race at all), that 330whp might be good enough for even better. My 326whp was good for 12.1s for me with a crappy 60'. With a great driver, that might get the X into the 11s.

buschur hasn't even taken delivery yet on his evo X... so how would he be able to make parts for something he doesn't physically have?? And if he wasn't interested, then he wouldn't have gotten the car in the first place.
