Thumbs up Carrito.net Evo X 11.9 @ 116

Congrats to my friend Johnny his Evo X just ran 11.9 @ 115.7 at the SSS event in PR. They still running right now...

The car ran just like you see it on this thread

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=347528

As you can see show + go FTW! This is just the beginning

1.7 60FT

1/4- 11.9 @115.7

So that makes it the fastest trap speed on an Evo X to date, congratulations once again.

I'll take 500- 1000 FT elevation anyday, for the heat and humidity we have in PR!

Even if we are 50-100FT ASL our DA (Density Altitude) are in the 1,800-2,200 FT!

I'm sure the guys from Florida could relate a little (at least in the summer they can)

How much weight reduction was done for the 116.8 pass? Quite a nice gain for removing the wing!

Nice run! That is fast. Looks like the interior is out? Front seats, back seats, what else? Have you weighed it?

The wing, one front seat and rear seat. we gained ONE Mph, the first full weight pass was 115.77 the semi stripped was 116.68! not worth it if you ask me. Everything is back on it. Next try will be with full interiors ONLY and different wheels/tires. The XT7's and the 275x35x18 are wayyyy to heavy.

Yep, but who said that business can't be mixed with pleasure?
