Big power hungry auto trans FTW. Being able to run 8/9 second passes all day, load the car in the trailer and not touch it again until you go back to the track for more 8/9 second passes is a beautiful thing...

 

Damn I at first thought it was blasphemous for throwing that engine in there instead of a rotary, but that car will really be quick when its all sorted out.

 

It's more of a street car.lol We actually drove it through downtown Minneapolis yesterday. Ha ha

 

I agree, which is why I'm building my Mightymax with a similar drivetrain to my RWD. Same reason, strength.

 

We saw you guys driving around Ohio with it too lol.

Good job guys. Can't wait to see what kind of times it will run when you can actually launch that thing.

nice set up. that car is nasty. run a 12 at a 154mhp that is funny.

how do you bolt up a rwd tranny to a 4g? would you have to get a custom drive tran.? I liked how buschur did this with a crx. made it rwd. how do i fined out more info on how to do this? is their a web site or something?

 

It really got moving once that turbo spooled up.

Correct! 1009whp with then it blew the head gasket at the track. Expected at 50+ psi!
