These days, it's only interesting if it says "stock block, stock turbo, stock ECU on the prowl for 10s." With a 35r, the challenge is 9s...

you have to always put your .02 cents in don't you?
have you gone 10's on your stock turbo? nope. I think you should keep those kind of comments out of this forum. All it does is add to your post count

if you look at the OP's signature, he has obviously done much more in the strip than you have with a few diff 10 sec runs and even 9's

Doesn't change the fact that it's not an accomplishment worth mentioning...and it hasn't hit 10s yet even. It would be like hitting 12.000 on a stock turbo and titling the thread "stock turbo on the prowl for 11s!!!" when a ton of people have already done it and even with way less mods.

No, I haven't hit 10s with my stock turbo, but if I weren't at 6000' altitude, I'd be pretty damn close don't you think?

I think in a full wieght car for the vast majority of people......it's still a challenge to go 10's on a 35r/ stock internals / stock ecu car.

Congrats on the run. What the 60ft look like?

Also congrats on the 9sec pass in the black evo!

just curious what your rev limiter is set to? with my ETS kit, we are running the stock block to 8500 rpm and it's not dropping power at all. it just flatlines around 7800 or so. your 4th is taller than mine is since i'm in a 9. at 8500, my car would be doing about 127. if you would have run the car out in 4th, i believe you would have been in the 10's. just throwing that out as a suggestiong for your next time out. great run and look forward to hearing about you breaking the 10 sec zone!

Warrtalon, You have a point I posted that title to grab attention, This waywhen the car hits ten's there is only one post. However the car is limited to what it can do on a stock ECU and the owner is determined to do it. AEM stand alone and jmf intake manifold is going on as soon as he breaks ten's!

The car rev's up to 8k. That last pass was a 11.04 on a 1.8 60ft. @ 125 mph, The car has been running consistent 11.0's and is trapping close to 130 MPH!!!

Mod List.
35R w/ RNR manifold
Kelford 272 cam shafts
Ams/Tms L19 head studs
Ams Upper IC pipe w/ Tial BOV
Turbo xs FMIC
HKS DLI
ETS Cat back
HKS coilovers
Quarter Master twin disk

Car was built and tuned Strictly Modified.

Thanks guys,
Cisco
