My biggest concern is the characteristics and the amount of power from a t3/t4 turbo over stock/stock appearing. I should have a solid 120 more whp.

Car made 631 and not sure what it weighs. Haven't weighed it since I added some things back like full size battery and removed a few things. Last time I checked it was 2550...
There are so many different variables. Most weigh right at 3100. My old IX GSR weighed 3070 with just the trunk stuff and passenger seat removed. 2550 is very light. It is an RS so I had a head start. I still have full doors, airbag, full size battery, etc. I could easily make this car weigh 2200 if the desire was there. But I am comfortable with it as is for now and the car remains uncut for the most part. The car has all the lightweight Buschur parts, carbon trunk and hood, coilovers, lightweight Wilwood brake it, motegi traklites. Those are the biggies.
It is the Shep Ultimate ratio trans with Quaife. Clutch is Tilton Twin. It is so easy to shift it is ridiculous. I haven't missed one shift since it has been set up.
