Has anyone shorted the clutch pedal switch (when fully depressed) as to avoid the ecu de-activating the factory stationary rev-limiter (2-step) ?
Do you guys have this problem at all? What is your fix?

I think i know what your talking about.. but I simply unplugged it down below.. and haven't had a problem since. I mostly disabled it so i don't have to press the clutch down to start the car. Also I have a 2 Step and it didn't affect this at all.
Interesting... I would think if you disconnected the lower switch that you wouldn't have a two-step at all.
The activation logic for the 2-step must not include the clutch switch. Just vehicle speed. NICE!

a lot of times the 2 step is speed dependent. like below a certain MPH it is turned on. but hell I could be wrong. I don't know if its that way with the stock ecu or not.
I just looked through my maps that I can tune with MrFred's definition for stationary rev limit maps...they say nothing about a clutch switch. I will test tomorrow to make sure
Thanks guys!
