Hmm maybe they always push their cars a little more... plus they have great drivers and the tracks are open year around (plenty of time to practice). On the other hand is hot and humid (that hurts power).

But.....They are AT sea level and have LOTS of air. We've tuned cars there and the numbers you can reach on the dyno are staggering compared to back home at altitude.

Lot's of guys on here don't understand that at sea level on a cool evening their car would post about .3 -.5 second less in PR. So if you make a pass in the states in your RA and hit a 13.2, in PR you can probably hit a 12.7 with the same set up and just a retune.
