near 13.0 on Almost Stock Evo
Well, I went to the track the other day and got these results....
1st run 2nd run
R/T: .498 .604
60': 1.834 1.894
330: 5.482 5.517
1/8: 8.508 8.521
MPH: 81.27 81.20
1000: 11.135 11.124
1/4: 13.346 13.316
MPH: 102.39 103.44
MODs: HKS RS Intake and HKS Circle Earth Grounding Kit
EVERYTHING ELSE STOCK
1st runs launch was ok but 2nd run I had all my tires spinning during the launch cuz of the slippery wet track...not to mention it was cold as hell n I think warmer weather would help my tires stick better..
I'm pretty certain with a better 60ft .... around 1.7's I could get 13.0
I've raced a beefed up mustang 5.0 dat ran a 12.8 on the street and I missed 2nd gear and he only beat me by 1 car....
by the way my 1st run was against a Turboed S2000 with bunch of **** done to it.... and it ran a 13.464
wat do u guys think about the times?

i launch at between 5500 and 6500 ..... i try to keep a rev helps turbo spool quick off the line.....
i did use the water spray...... before i staged and soon as i shift to 4th.... my finger is on the button!

looking at the launch issue. Obviously hell on the drivetrain. Could this be another argument for ECU tuning, other upgrades that extract a good deal of power from the car? Id be happy with high 13's and being able to feather the clutch and avoid the launch on take off, more power will ostensibly allow this. Something to think about...
