Here is a quick Vid I put together. I am quite happy that we seem to finally be on the right track on getting this auto to work right.

Couple of pics and questions answered from other forums

Well I say E85 since people know what that is these days. The car does run on E98 though. Alot of our cars do run on E85-E80 but blended with race gas
The slip
1.397 60ft
5.82@122.1
8.9@155.6
Yes I am using the AEM with the injector driver box to shift the car. So far is working great.
Our shift points right now are about 9700rpm and we are crossing the traps in drive around 9600rpm. The car seems to hang for quite awhile around the 8500rpm mark till the RPMs will start climbing again. In my mind I think if we shifted even higher like 10.5 or 11k it would run quite a bit faster since it would not be sitting on the converter so much, But maybe the amount of load on the motor being bogged so hard is faster.
Mods that Matter

And the man who makes it all come together Lucas English master tuner and the rest of the English Racing team for fabrication and wiring. All I do is put it together and drive it.
The car was 2700lbs last year with Jeff in it. So around 2500lbs. The Auto does weight quite a bit more so not totally sure on the weight this year.

Update for 2010 race season.
Part of what we do here at Spark Tech that is unique, is work directly with the different race teams/customers and potential customers to suggest the ultimate Ignition system to suit their needs. While the M&W Pro-12cdi (that Jeff has run along with many others) is capable of supplying enough spark energy for most applications. It is not the best alternative for a highly strung race car out to set records
With the use of a standalone ecu with multiple Ignition outputs it is beneficial to utilize them.
This system is also 2 times more powerful than the Pro-12 based wasted spark system that Jeff used to run his 8sec pass.
Think about it like this...a radio or cd player in mono mode will not have the Quality/Detail/Resolution sound as one in the stereo mode. Would you go out and buy the best flat screen tv (LED
) and hook it up to a non surround sound amp?
Here are some sneak peek pics.

Good luck to Team English/ETS and the rest of those involved
You've got enough Spark Energy to run in the 7's

Just heard from Jeff...Out at the track today doing some shake down runs with his new combo.
The car is running great 9.08, 9.09. This is on less boost than on last years 8.9 run
Good luck Jeff go get that other 8sec pass

Just got off the phone with Jeff. Car ran flawlessly. After a bunch of very low 9's she dipped into the 8's with a 8.99@151
Congrats to Jeff/English Racing/ETS
Can't wait until she's on kill mode
