What changes besides rims/tires were made to get the car down from low 12's to mid 11's?

that shows you that evo 8 or 9 turbo is no difference besides the hot side, and a lot of people make a big deal about changing the hot side on the evo8 and go through hell to change it since if you dont remove the turbo, BUT the gains are very minimial anyways, ITS all about the tune and the driver..

 

What kinda tires was this on? I saw fuzions on his black rims, wondering what tires were on the 8 rims...I was thinking of the fuzions so I can spin a little at the track.

Is the Magnus a little over kill at that point? I know boost is a little higher and it obviously helps the flow at any level, but wouldn't the money have been better spent elsewhere? For that much you could have almost gone with a used Green, certainly a White.

Not bashing, just asking. If it works that well my set-up is fairly similar (minus the IC)
