it's kind of cool out right now. Something tells me he's not going to make it if he hasn't already. I don't want to put a damper on the whole thing but it seems to be a little to cold out right now for good traction.

The main issue is you cant get around the waterbox in atco so the 8second passes may have to wait for a night at Etown..

well I'm definately gonna take your word for it. I've been told both stories about ATCO. It's either "yeah you can drive around it" or "no you have to drive through it". Well now I know.

 

I wonder what he changed from the showdown. He was around a solid 9.50 at E-town.

 

The clutch was changed.. It was slipping out of the hole.. He tried heating it but it wouldnt grab.. Seems he has it down now.. Just got to find some good track prep!!

I hear ya on the track prep. I don't have the power to worry about it too much but E-town always seems really slick...........BASTARDS I can't believe they left it so slippery knowing there were going to be some crazy fast cars there that day.

Car is Just as it was at etown, but the clutch was sent to tilton, they turned it around in 2 days for me, and I finally got to the track after all Mikes Badgering!

3050lb with driver, still quite streetable, no ac and such but still full dash carpet headliner, abs, powersteering, no plastic windows etc etc Sway bars, wipers, still there, 4 working power windows, fully legal for running down to 8.5 ets..........This is not a full out race evo.

HKS FCON VPRO VER 3.24 Still have the stock ecu in the car, immobilizer works! Launch control, anitlag, 8 injector control.

AWD motorsports driveshaft, very very nice piece and saved 16lb.

AMS VSR intake manifold, AMS rails, running 8 injectors, AMS FMIC race, AMS lightweight components, AMS ROOF, AMS Rad, AMS small brake kit for autox/drag, you get the drift!

Shearer GT42 turbo kit, sideways facing :-)

Tilton carbon clutch, finally rebuilt and not slipping now.
