Went out to Budds Creek ,Md MIR today to see how the car would do on pumpgas
R/T .144
60ft-1.68
330-4.609
1/8- 6.9@101
1000FT 9.02
1/4- 10.74@131
Crappy cell phone vid my friend took. will go back in a couple weeks , this was done with 30 psi in tires and bouncing off the rev limit in 4th gear letting off with a couple hundred feet left. MY goal is 10.5 on pumpgas, seems very attainable especially with a lower 60ft. Any feedbaCK is welcome. Thanks

I thought about reving it out to 9200 but im not sure how safe it would be, I HAVE A Buschur race head , anyone know how high is too high??

My AEM rev limiter was acting up last year and I hit 10800 and bent one exhaust valve. That was the only damage. I also mistakenly rev'd the completely stock motor in my previous 05 MR to 9K doing burnouts (twice) after pulling through the water box. I would think 9200 would be alright for the head. Higher R's and boost always lead to more wear and tear though.
Nice run and good luck on your goals!
Fwiw - i'm on a stock head w/ cams and supertech duals and rev it out to 8800.....i would think 9k would be ok w/ your set-up.
W/ the Evo 8 3rd and 4th gear i've gone 142 and change on 26" qtp's.
