Nice job man...keep it up...I wanna see a 9.99 with your current setup!! Why don't you want to try Q16 at all? Or have you tried it?

Agreed. I'm confident if my bottom end would hold it I could get the car to trap 138mph on the stock bottom end with a Black. That would give me enough mph to break into the 9's. I'm considering it, but I would much rather have a built motor on the side ready to go in if she doesn't hold.

I don't think 9's is achievable with my current setup. It's most likely going to bottom out in the mid to low 10.1's with optimal weather. I could tear some things out of the car but I have no desire to ruin a perfectly good daily street car just for the sake of running a glory pass. Q16 would not help me at this point. My setup is running a good amount of timing in it already so were not octane limited, were just out of turbo.

I think the triple shifts faster then the twin. The twin is fantastic and works great, unfortunately it does not hold all of the torque that the red is capable of producing. I have had the Evo 8 3rd and 4th gear in my car for a very long time now. It's a necessity for 9 owners.

How is the triple in daily driving? Did you ever try the QM twin?

Aside from it being noisy, the daily driveability is perfect. I would never consider puting a different clutch in my car.

It was a bit of an unexpected surprise. The first run I spun hard through first. The second run I dropped the tire pressure down and still spun a bit. The third I dialed in my 2step rpm and 1.45 she went. The rest of the day was mid to high 1.4's with the occasional 1.50.

Congrats man! With that kind of power It will go a lot faster.

You must have been battling a tornado for head winds.

Thanks Emery. I'm expecting around 135mph give or take with the weather on my side. All I'm aiming for with this setup is a 10.1 at best. The red is giving me all she's got at this point. Even with a decent tail wind I don't see the car dropping 0.33 in it's current state. Oh well, there's always the black.
