i usually race at alocal track cutting 1.66-1.69 60ft's consitant but for some reason it just would not want to 60ft better than a 1.73... maybe i was scared i didn't want to break something since i drove 3hrs from albany NY? yeaaa that was it, also i wasn't bangin my 1-2 shift as hard as usual due to my long trip. i usually do 4.80-4.85 330ft's but today was 4.95-5.15. oh well i had a great time and WON!

i also got the hang of the pro-tree pretty fast too.( i usually just do Test and tune and leave at my leisure LOL)

also figured i'd share, last year i was spectating and came down with a good friend of mine BURNALL4 in his RS who took 1st place last year, this year he rode down with me and i took 1st! RS's FTW. Buschur Racing parts FTW!

Congrats on the win man...Good meeting you also...hopefully we can line up again sometime and they will let me actually get on my 2 step...I think I had it around 5k when they dropped the lights and I bogged so bad...haha...Qualifying was the only time I had a half decent 60 ft with a 1.75...ran an 11.51 @ 119 on that run...oh well ...next year!

Im thinking about putting something together about the 11.499 NHRA rule and sending it to them. Its really to strict for cars made now-a-days. You can put a slick on a new ZR1 or Z06 and break into the 10's with a completely stock car. As for us, my issue is because we come out so hard our ET dosent really reflect our MPH. I went 11.29 at 119.45 and get the boot ALL the time. Then theres 500+ WHP Civics going 11.5+ at 125-135 and its ok that they run. Its kinda crap. ESP because our cars are stable at 175, and a civic wasnt designed to do 130.

 

Bone stock off the lot 911 turbo S can run a 10.8...............rules need to be changed
