still kind' of learning....

im trying to preserve my clutch as much as possible so for now i just have to bog the car off the line as much as possible to preserve the factory clutch untill i can afford a new one.
anyway last week at the CA speedway i got a 14.4@106 with a 2.99 60ft with the following mods: 02 housing,DP,test pipe and TBE.

im currently getting a new tune from english racing to spike 26lbs and hold 24-23ish on the stock turbo.
i also added a cone filter.

do you guys think i can break the 110mph barrier next time?

what have guys with a similar setup clipped at the track?

can all the BPU evo's chime in with their mods and their times? thanx

I'd say work on our launching and shifting before upping to more power. With a more aggressive launch you could gain a few mph on the top.

I ran 12.6@107 on stock turbo/cams. Im pretty sure your car has more in it than a 14.4@106...just run the car hard. your at the track lol

...trust me...im dying to launch the car but i need the clutch to last at least one more year...so i just have to be easy on it off the line.

Intake, exhaust and an AMS base flash put my trap speed at 110mph. you have pretty much the same mods as I did, you just have to get the car off the line

it works the other way around when you get a better 60 then your mph will go down

You should log your runs. More boost may just give you more knock, and less MPH. In general, though, if you can shift fast and smooth, you'll pick up MPH and improve your times with no change in the boost.

well the englishracing tunes use the check engine light as a knock sensor and I have a wideband to monitor my afr's. I think I shud be ok if I run the correct fuel and not push the car in the heat no?
