Help with slipping.

First, I did use search, maybe my search skills are pretty ****ty, but I didn't find anything too useful or in the answer I wanted.

Okay, so I went to the drag tonight to test out my new set up, but I am having a HUGE issue. When I launch, the clutch just clips, tried launching 2 seperate times before I stopped. The clutch and pressure plate are almost brand new, Just over 3K miles and not one single launch until today. Using 2 step and my foot is completely off the clutch peddle and it's still not catching.

So my question is this, I'm at the 400 mark in TQ on a mustang dyno, I'm using a street disk and a HDSS ACT pressure plate. What can I do or change to get my clutch to grip stronger? I'm guessing go to a six puck? Upgrade the pressure plate? Any ideas?
