Drove 250 miles roundtrip on my Hoosier DR's to a private track rental at Palm Beach International Raceway which stated no trailored cars allowed. Weather was cloudy all day with occasional drizzles. Temp was about 80 degrees. Got a chance to Meet John Sheperd himself as he was there driving the AMS Built GTR. Very nice guy.
11 passes in all which consisted of all low 10 sec passes. Trying for that elusive 9 sec pass on a full interior, Stock Brembos and AC car. Car weighed yesterday with me in it 3242lbs. I weigh 205lbs. This was at 40psi. Diiirk Tuned.

Congrats Man! Great Driving Couple years ago when i was on a 9:1 Built 2.0 Fp Black i was running low 10s then finally dipped into the 9s (best pass 9.76). It will happen sooner or later. Driving wont be a problem for you! Good Job

I wish I could take credit for the driving. A friend of mine showed up to the track rental and slammed it out. The best I could do was 10.3. Car made 640hp on a street tune by Diiirk. One of the baddest tuners around.

 

About a year. I go to the track every chance I get whether it's at my local 1/8 mile or 2 hrs away at Palm Beach. This is the JB Black. Nothing but Amsoil ever run.

Maybe next month. I want to maybe turn up the boost slightly and put it on kill mode. The last time we tuned the car started breaking up above 40psi so we left it there.

Exedy triple, Built 2.0 Wiseco HD's stock bore, Carillo H Rods, Supertech dual springs and retainers, Cosworth 272's, Ported stock intake manifold, Shearer Fabrications stock replacement manifold. Bosch 2000cc injectors and E85. The rest is in my sig.

 

Stock unported head correct.
