is that new material what there using now in the race version or is it by order only? i am buying one next week so it would be better for me to get the better material disk.

You are running the Quarter Master 8 Leg clutch and having problems of it holding? I run the same clutch and my car was was making 780ish on the mustang dyno and was running multiple 9.1 second passes. My clutch never had a problem of holding the power.

Thanks Pat, I'm very happy the way the tranny is holding up. My local track is opening April 14th, Ill try making it up there with more boost this time.

The 6 puck sucks at street driving, worse clutch in the world.
QM says they don't sell the 6 puck discs, you have to keep calling them, and they finally sent me a set, I think they are about $450.
At 650whp (Dynojet) in a 2900 pound car with driver on MH slicks (17 wheels) do you think I'll have issues with overheating the clutch?
I had problems with my Exedy twin at 480whp... so maybe I shouldn't be surprised.
Is the solution here a triple disc or a carbon clutch?
Also... are you saying that QM will sell me a 6 puck, 8 leg, gear drive discs?

But the guy is awesome on the keyboard. I'm not sure but I think he has tuned all of Raif's cars. He works out of The Shop CT.
