Weather was perfect for the track the other night so I took out my drag Evo. Only got one full pass do to a crash and some oil downs.
It’s no secret that I have bin fighting with traction problems with this car from the start. I took most of the season off to rethink suspension, power , and clutch management.
After not having the car out for almost a full year, I decided to turn the boost down to 25psi to check the tune-up. Everything worked out perfect. Suspension, clutch, etc is doing its thing. I was shocked to pick up the slip and see the car went 9.0 at 155 at just 25 psi. If the weather and time allows I will be heading back out in the next few weeks. Looking to bring the ct9a ET record back to the states.

The turbo is a FP 4205r. last time I scaled the car was in 2010. It was 2586 with driver(170). I have since added about 100 pounds with a liquid ic, battery, alternator etc. I would guess it’s about 2500 without driver.
