Also should mention stock shocks with tein s-tech springs. No coilovers here!
I was getting 1.61 60's on s-tech. I think they are a great spring from drag.

Also had solid mounts on the drive shaft and the ams mustchache bar delete kit. Also helped shave time off my 60'.

Crongrats on the 9sec run!

How were you trapping 140+ on 8 trans with OEM gearing and what I'm guessing was a 26" tire?

If those speeds are possible at 8000rpm I'm very excited to run the quarter with my 6466. Ive been thinking that I'd be limited to 135mph MAXXX without going to 8100+++ rpm.

he says makes power all the way up to 8500rpm, and thats only 138mph...to hit the mph he is hitting he must be shifting at 9k? unless he is on a taller tire than 26"

im just wondering what he is reving to

I bumped it up from 8500 to 8700 and was sitting on the limiter before going through the traps. The Hoosier QTP's are 26". My new motor I will be able to just rev out 4th through the traps but if I were still on the old motor I would highly consider moving to a 4.11 final.

Lunchbox23 yes it's an old journal bearing cast wheel BW
