I don't doubt there are some fast Evos around that don't hang around the forums.

I think that's kind of cool that he's not on here bragging about his times. Everybody else does.

 

With spring approaching in the north, I expect to see more 11 sec Evo's. How about we maintain a list of the quickest 5 or 10 USDM Evo's here with a sticky? I don't feel it is necessary to duplicate Club DSM's work; just call it the Evom quick class.

Dude I hope you can continue to keep putting it down for all the EVO lovers out there just be at the track on the 24th of april so we EVO owners can see for ourselves that U R inded the second fastest or maybe the US fastest .

I would imagine so. That car was a dyno queen + infinity. He had all sorts of kids hanging on his ***** over at the Supra forums. One of my friends called him out one time with his 600+ Cobra and all of a sudden he wanted to change the game. Money doesn't buy you class, but it sure does buy some nice cars .

Hi guys, just found your forums. All the runs in the Evo were made without NOS. This was the testing day for the car it just happened that it was also an IDRC event. The best ET of the day was 11.5 and the best MPH was 127. The cars major problem was not being able to get out of the hole. The stock clutch was replaced with an Exxidy clutch and it would not allow me to slip it out of the hole. I'm working on a new clutch setup like the one I run in my Supra. That is my Dyno Queen car that runs 9.89@146

The Evo has an Turbo Engineering Systems turbo kit, 4" exhaust, 4" intercooler and fuel system. This car will be running 135 mph on boost alone soon and should be in the very low 10's when I get the launch sorted out. Wish me luck
