new best 1/8 mile

well set a new best trap for the 1/8th and a new 60 foot best and new 1/8 ET best

RT -.059 oops
60 1.670
330 5.193
1/8 8.118
MPH 85.89

i had to try out this new boost controller, and i love the way it works. doesnt spike like the old one.

this was on race gas, and the boost turned up a little. I did one run on pump gas and my pump gas boost and ran an 8.3 with a 1.7 60 foot. I messed the launch up a little on that one, and bogged off the line. but it turned out alright in the end.

maybe after a catback exhaust ill get closer to the 7's

Wow, great job. I figure judging by your 1/8th ET you would get like a 12.4 to 12.6 in the 1/4 Mile, and your trap speed suggests you would run like a 12.2 to 12.4 1/4 Mile. I'm not a 100% sure though, and if somebody knows how to calculate please do, cuz I would be interested.

Ah I think I found it...

1/4 mile ET = 1/8 mile ET x 1.5832 (thanks to Bobby Mosher for this formula)

1/8 mile ET = 1/4 mile ET / 1.5832 (thanks to Bobby Mosher for this formula)

it's 12.852 in the 1/4 Mile, just a tad off , still I believe with your MPH you could hit an even faster 1/8 Mile and 1/4 Mile.

Yeah I'm not sure on the formula, because it doesn't calculate the trap speed, like say what if somebody bogged or spun the tires through first and second gear, the formula doesn't take that into to consideration.

my fastest 1/4 ET is 12.82 and i ran a 8.18 1/8th in that one, but trapped 2 mph less.

i figure id run 12.7 or a 12.6 with that 1/8 trap speed.
