Just got back from the track,, We ran 9.7 @ 148.. The car is flying .. We changed some stuff on the car and it seemed to work out for us. We will be running tomm in the Hot Rod class .. at etown ..

Wow you guys keep getting better and faster, your EVO is truelly one of the Jewels of the EVO community. I just had question on your EVO, is it geared totally toward drag racing? How well can it handle and brake, is your (Turbo Trix) EVO just as deadly going around corners as it is going straight, what are some of the suspension mods? Not knocking your car, I love your EVO, the color is to die for, I was just wondering on it's all around performance capabilities?

As for handing .. I guess it would handle good , the car has tein suspension, with the cage ..its pretty stiff. As for the brakes. .We downgraded our stockers to get the ET streets to fit. Jeff has trouble stopping from148mph to the end of the track..

You guys should try Hoosier RS04 tires. They're DOT legal and come in 17 and 18 (will fit on the stock wheels too). They are extremely sticky.
