Ditto! I got a dvd for xmas a year or 2 ago that had like a half hour thing on fwd drifting. Like he said ^ they had certain tires for it, used the wheel flicking technique, and also used throttle and hard braking to break the wheels loose. Some were using e-brake but only to correct angle after they had gotten into the drift. It was pretty cool to see Civic Hatchs and other fwd cars do that kinda stuff. I remember the one guy on the video commenting and saying how incredibly harder it is than rwd and how the drifts dont look as good or last as long. But it can be done!

Search youtube or video.google for Tiff Needell ... there's a decent video of him going through the various types of FWD drifts, or "burning rubber" as he likes to call it.
