very cool. Anyone else ever dream of getting some land in the country and carving your own rallycross/playground? I need to marry a chick who's dad owns a paving company to get to stage III on my plan!

 

good luck! as soon as you did that some tree hugger or grouchy no good would try to spoil all your fun. With their "I'm not happy, why should anyone else be" attitudes. But, yes, that would be incredible.

 

I've been thinking for a long time now that it would be cool to just have my own couple of acres of paved, flat playground...kinda like a empty parking lot, but in my front yard. Scatter some dirt on it from time to time, wet it down now and then, invite friends over and setup our own Auto-X...oh the possibilities. Come to think of it, we do have a 3 acre flat front yard...

wow, two different cars in that video. I missed that the first time I saw it too.

 

9 miles in about 10 minutes, so figure about 54mph average. It's a pretty tight road.
