best way to drive in higher rpms

hi, because of the low power capabilities of the evo below about 3000 rpm, what is the best way to keep your revs up all the time.

why would you be slipping the clutch?? I dont think anyone understands what your talking about. Theres no reason for you to be under 3k when on the track or spirited driving.

Rev high and shift high - simple.
