Final sheet - at the end of the tune - it took one hour and twenty minutes of dyno time but the results are very good for the mods done to this car

On the road this car pulls very well - loads of low end trq and a killer smooth power band. Like night and day from when the car first came in and was road tested with its old tune.

A job I am very proud of. I work hard at what I do. I stand behind every tune. I make sure its as good as I can make it and IF you are not happy with the results - I want you to call me so we can make it right.

Thanks for taking the time to read this and follow along with my work day today.

If anyone has any questions about tuning or reflashes please feel to post them here of call me at 203-515-4110

Remember - with every custom tune we do - you look at the dyno sheets after the tune, go for a test drive and if you are not 100% satisfied with the results you don;t pay a dime and we flash you back to stock

Nice write up. You've made it easy to understand (which is why I like Dynoflash -- simplicity).

I don't want to bolt on a bunch of extra crap to make my car perform better. The beauty of Dynoflash is that you can use all of your stock parts/equipment if you want to.

Are you coming to NC any time soon?

What were his numbers when he was baselined at TurboTrix with the Dynoflash? I am interested to see the differences between the original Dynoflash vs the TurboTrix flash vs the Dynoflash reflash

As I understand the situation these are the chain of events

First xxblackmambaxx recieved the mail in base Dyno Flash some point in the past

Second - Then he attended the now infamous September 4, 2004 dyno day at Pruven and recieved the custom tuned Dyno Flash upgrade tune - NOTE - at this point xxblackmambaxx had NO CAMS installed in his car

Third - xxblackmambaxx was not satisfied with the gains he recieved from the custom tune and requested a refund. We worked something out with xxblackmambaxx and he kept his custom tune in the car

Fourth - xxbackmambaxx adds CAMS to his car - keeping the same custom tune for NO cams. Therefore, his car is no longer tuned

Fifth - xxblackmambaxx recived another reflash at another shop

Sixth - xxblackmambaxx contacted me and requested that he recieve a new custom tune for his car

In conclusion - it is irrelevant what kind of comparions were made at any other shop with the old custom tuned Dyno Flash as xxblackmambaxx has added cams which therw the car OUT of tune

Nice numbers. Do you think tuning on the street will yield similar numbers? Is it the same tuning theory without the dyno chart?

Would it be possible to see the timing numbers as well?

Hope I'm not asking for a lot.

Thanks,

If you give me a call I will be happy to discuss this information with you. Basically we start with base maps we have created on the dyno back when I first started flashing a year ago and I fine tune them to match the individual car's modifications and knock threshold. Most of the ignition timing adjustments are made by listening to the engine, watching the dyno sheets, feel and logging the timing with a scan tool.
