Dont get me wrong...and perhaps its not for me.....but "free" things dont make them great.

And "spare me a search" was meant for military comrades who can give unbiased opinion cause when all is said and done, they mean more to me than any car and its related bull*hit

The mod combo I would highly recomend is the following

HKS RS KIT - 3" Exhuast - Manual Boost Controller and Gauge (I recomend the Hallman MBC) - Walboro 255 lph fuel pump # 342

This makes for a very stable and well running combo

To answer your question I do not recomend trying to do what you are suggesting as I can not assure you that the mapping for the exhuast and intake combo will work properly without the exhuast as that is not something that I have personally tested. I err on the side of caution when answering such inquires as I do not like my customers to experience bad results. It is always more prudent t run the flash which is mapped properly for the mod combination which you are using.

With this offer, I am just trying to offer a service for those who may be interested on a complimentary basis to make a gesture of support for our Armed Forces who may be called upon to make the ultimate sacrfice in defense of our liberty. By doing this, I wanted to make a simple personal statement of some kind showing my graditude and appraciateion.

What I am not looking to do is try and promote the product or my services in any manner to those who are not already interested in the product.

My concept was that there may have been Military Personel who may have been on a more limited budget for car mods than civilians and that this ofer may have assisted some of them, particularly during the holiday season.

Frankly, I had no idea how many Military Personel followed these forums and had evos as I have been totally overloaded the past day answering dozens of phone calls, email and PM's. Today I was working for two hours to get all the Military ecus I recieved flashed and out to fed ex by the dead line. Lets just say that the evo is a very popular car with the military and leave it at that.

 

PS - all folks who are availing yourself of this offer - there is NO NEED to call me or check with me before sending in the ecu - I will be in the office every day till the 24th. Just make sure the ecu is in my hands before that date along with a full list of mods and it will go out the same day it is recieved.

do you need actual brand and mod name or just the relatives? i.e 3" TB, 21 psi of boost, or do you need each different things like which exact BC we have and such.

because i do plan on doing this but some of the stuff i fabricated myself

My Brother Just told me about your promotion, and its great. This would be the last MOD i get b4 I go back to Iraq. I am planing on sending you my ECU as soon as I can. I have question, i have the Apex i SAFC 2 already tunned. Would i have to reset all the settings or can you tell me how to set it up for higher boost? What i mean... I use 2 different boost settings, Daily and drag. 16 for daily and 22-23 for drag. BTW me and my bro are both military and the only reason we got to buy the evos is from all the money we saved while in Iraq last year. Yes we went through the war... 1-64 Armor... 3rd ID

With exhuasts there is no real brand difference but cams and intakes and boost controllers may make a difference so best to list the brands
