Completely BASE reflash

I was wondering if you would be willing to do a completely base reflash that just gets rid of fuel cut. I am still doing extensive modifications to the car so I really dont want to get a reflash trying to make more power yet. I just can't really do anything with the car right now because it consistantly hits fuel cut around 4500-5000. I am afraid to lean it out even 1% to try to get rid of the fuel cut so is this at all possilble? I heard you did it for buschur but obviously there is a difference between me and David Thanks!
