Was it working before? If it was boosting 20 psi before and now can't get above 15, I would check all your wastegate and bov vacuum hoses. Make sure there are no breaks in them. There was also an interesting way to check for boost leaks that somebody gave. Use a radiator hose with a PVC pipe end cap. Drill a hole in the cap and put a tire stem in it. Put this on the intake of your turbo and pump away and listen for leaks. Just dont go above normal boost level (no higher than 24 psi or so) you can use a tire gauge to check. I thought it was a neat idea and I will probably eventually fabricate it.

Have you tried adjusting your MBC? and check vacuum lines to MBC also.

It is NOT a good idea to swap to the HKS intake when you are flashed for the stock intake - this may be part of your problem
