Just got back from a visit to Kuba's house and some more runs in the Alcohol equiped evo. That car is just a total blast to drive, it gives me a feeling which I can not put into words but the Evo feels like it has a v10 viper motor in it the way the tq hits. This alcohol kit works so smoothly you can't even feel it hit, with the progressive controller its silky smooth and a wonderful power band. Its the perfect set up for daily driving.

Ok question time:

1.You say your running 25psi almost to redline here but I dont see head studs in your mods list. Do you have them?

2.I dont injectors listed either. For that high whp and that high psi what is your duty cycle like on those stock injectors?

3.How much is the kit? How much is installation?

4.Can this kit work on the 2005MR?

Very promissing....I think this is the ticket for those daily drivers that are sticking with the stock turbo.

1 - Head studs are a MUST

2 - Stock injectors are ok as the acolhol adds fuel - but a set of 650 injectors can be very helpful

3 - Kit is $499 - install is $300 - but this week we have a sale $999 , for the kit, installed dyno tuned with two hours dyno tuned

4. On the 2005 MR you need aslightly differnt kit and a custom installed fmic tank

Just FYI - in the new issue of Turbo Magazine there is an article about a 750 whp turbo buick with an alcohol injection kit - interesting reading as usual from turbo

Nice #'s.

Al I was just wondering if there are any long term effects from running alky?
What happens if you throw in some higher octane? Is the alcohol injection completely eliminateing the need to use higher octane?
