question with custom tune al

I had a custom tune with a full buschur exhaust,272 cams, and hallman boost controller. I still have the mod bug and was curious as to what small things i can do that won't mess up the custom tune. Would I be able to put an mr bov ,since the stock one leaks a little,or maybe a lower intercooler pipe, or maybe a suggestion from you if possible. Also my dad has an 05 sti and was curious if u had anything with subarus and alcohol injection because he saw me looking at some threads about it and likes the idea.thnx for your time

The MR Bov is Ok - I prefer the Forge re-circ unit

The bov and lower fmic pipe will be fine to change

As for the STI we have a alcohol kit available for that car also

My boost spikes to 24ish and settles to 20 by redline. Would it be ok to set it to 22 and hold it to redline with an mr bov or would the turbo be past its efficience range?I have the mods above and a fuel pump as well. Also, with these mods I had 315whp on pruven's dyno, what would be a good guess if an intake, new bov, and lower intercooler pipe were added?Just want to know if it is worth the money...Thank you again

i meant that if i am in a gear(like 2500 rpm) and floor it in 3rd or 4th, boost will come on and spike to 24ish and finally settle to 19.5-20 by redline. If i am punching it through the gears, it will land 20 after the shift and go to about 19.5 by 7000.With 93 octane and your custom tune before, can the mr bov help me now to hold 21 or 22 to redline with zero ill effects or would race gas be needed to boost like that?

21.5 psi is the MOST boost you should ever run on 93 octane

How about on race gas or alcohol? Is 26 or more even possible?

On race gas or alochol you can spike it to 26 but it will fall down towards red line on the stock turbo
