ECUTek software

Impressed with what ECUTek did for the Subaru community and prior experience with it's software, I wanted to check into this just what ECUTek is capable of compared to current flashing options. Below is a quote directly from http://www.ecutek.com/news

EcuTek have now completed their ProECU Tools product for the Mitsubishi EVO range of vehicles. Supporting the EVO 5/6/7/8, EcuTek's new product offers a fast and effective way for its worldwide tuning partners to effectively recalibrate the EVO engine management system. Known as FlashEVO, this tool allows modification of ECY parameters such as boost profile, boost limit, rev limit, fuelling & ignition timing.
What's stated above is pretty vauge. Will "FlashEVO" onlly allow remapping to the parameters that the standard flash has access too? Or will it offer all the stuff the Subaru version did (possibly with future revisions?) Will DeltaDash work or perhaps a Mitsu/EVO specific version of DeltaDash be produced to offer the advanced logging capabilities that DelaDash offered the Subaru community?

This will do it for now.

It seems the initial evo product is commimg with few bells and wistles - - in the next few weeks more exciting and revolutionary features will be added. I have been in frequent touch with ecutek on this product and it promises to be a world class product just as their wrx and sti platforms are. The main thrust for this product will be to add features and abilities that the other flashing platforms do not currently have.

Over the next few months additional functions will be rolling out.

In the later future end user tunability and map swicthing will be in order.
