Installation of Mods Process

Will have the following mods and asking anyone for recommendations of the process I should go about on installing them in terms of what I should install first...

Buschur 3" TBE with Highflow Cat and Magnaflow
Walbro 255 fuel pump running on Pump Gas 93 Octane
Hallman Pro MBC set @ 21psi
K&N Drop in filter
MR BOV
Dynoflash from Mr. Al Freidman

Should I install them one at a time and then send the ECU to AL to be flashed?
Should I park it, install everything, send the ECU out and get Flashed
Would it be safe/ok to run without the flash, but have everything installed?
And what is the best psi that I should set my boost in , 21, 22, or 23 PSI?

I will be using this as a daily driver(100miles a day drive to work/home) and occasional drag/autox in the weekends.

Thanks for any comments!

thanks

thanks for the reply,

reason I ask this is because I just wanted to see if I can feel the power upgrade or the difference in performace of each mod until the final stage of the Flash.

But i guess it would be cool to just put everything in at once, send the ECU out, and get it back in a couple of days. This way, I can really feel the big/huge gains of the mods....

Thanks again....any more advice?

You would be able to install everything sure, but since you have everything sitting there, you might as well do everything at once.

I did everything one at a time and then the flash at the end but I didn't have the money to do everything ast once either.

well..

well...i dont have everything yet...i'm still waiting for the TBE, MR BOV, and K&N filter....i also will be installing boost, egt, oil press. gauges...i really have to plan this out, because i dont want to have my car sitting in a spot too long....i need it for work...

Al, would it be possible if I send you my ECU on a Friday and get it back on a Monday? This gives me the weekend to put in everything and start the car again on Monday?....what do you think?

Thanks!

you would have to pay for Al to get it on Saturday delivery which is $$$ much more than just a regular day.

even if i get it on Tues., i dont mind...as long as I can do my other installation before I get the ECU back...

Maybe if I send my ECU on a Thurs...i dont know...i would have to coordinate something with AL.

on a side note

on a side note,

the Buschur/Al Alcohol Setup......is this safe for a non-internal mod car, meaning basically what I have setup and then Alcky or would it be too much for a daily driver.....

Is this kinda of setup, a high maintenance setup....because you always have to make sure that your Alcohol level is filled, which basically means double your gas costs?

any response is appreciated...

I would just do everything at once. All of those installs are pretty simple, the longest one will be the exhaust and walbro fuel pump.
