I sent you a PM on Mar 10th at 12:21 PM EST and another Today at 6:26 AM EST... did you get either of them? My PM center says that you haven't read them. I just want an update on when I can expect to get my EcuTek flash... since I sent you $100 to "secure" a tuning session. I don't expect the tuning session to happen tomorrow or anything... but I would apprecitate any info you can give me.

Sorry for having to post this in your forum. I couldn't find an Email address for you or I would have tried that first.

I ordered a Alky kit from him over three weeks ago and I've yet to receive it. Last message I received from him was on the 5th.. two PMs to him later, no response.

Funny thing is, when I originally placed my order, I requested a tracking number. He said,

x eleventy billion

 

Your kit is on its way to you. As previously explained to you, these kits have been selling out like crazy, the manufacturer made a mistake and did not ship your kit when I ordered it and when I followed up on it I realized the error and sent you one directly from my office. Here is your FED EX ground tracking number - it says it will be there on Thursday - (its 5 BUSINESS days to reach you) 340403110000116

 

I just got back from a 5 day road trip of 2,000 miles and 20 custom tunes over 8 states. I have been unable to respond to any PM's or emails in a few days but I am catching up.

 

Man some of these customers can be demanding, tough business

 

I know this. We were going to meet-up somewhere on your way back to CT for my custom EcuTek tune. Hence the need for an update. I assume you're back in CT by now. I'll await your PM for further scheduling. Sounds like justchill might be down for some tuning. Right justchill????

What do you expect when you've ordered something three weeks ago and just finally getting order status today?

 

Here is your last communication before I left on my trip this weekend on Thursday the 10th - and my response



Sadly - if you had called me - I could have simply arranged with you to meet you and get your tune done on my way home. I was on the road and unable to read or respond to the 50 plus PM's I get every day while driving 12 hours days and doing a dyno day.

I am sorry that you have had troubles reaching me - however - keep in mind that I answer my phone 7 days a week almost 24 hours a day.

I suggest that anyone who has to reach me in an urgent manner try calling me first.

Email is second.

And PM's are responded to last - usally at end of day and late at night.

Its spring time, I am super busy and working 14 hour days to keep up on demand. I appologize that I did not notice your PM sooner or have a chance to respond.

In the meantime, I am processing a pay pal refund of your payment until I hear from you about seting up a meeting time.

 

I already have been in contact with you and told you about the issue and told you I was shiping you a kit.

I sent you an email back on the 8th with the tracking info and an explanation.

It really sucks when you have people attacking you for not aprising them of shipping data EVEN after I have taken the time to send an email with the tracking number.

No problem. Just let me know when you plan on being in the area... Pittsburg, Columbus, etc. I'd travel as far as 5 hours from Parkersburg. A 10hr drive to CT, even with free dyno time, is not something that I'm gonna do.

I'm not mad, I just hate that I missed you on your way through. I'll call next time.

 

I have a guy in YORK PA who I am going to try and tune very shortly. He was set for an ecutek tune on thursday, however his ecu version was not compatable. I now have a patch so I will be trying to get out his way very soon. I think I can do both of these at the same trip - however - it may be a few days till I can leave to do that as I have myself booked solid with dyno appointments this week and I am going to Chicago this weeknd.
