I was dynoflash for the second time but I think the car had a slight boost leak during the tune. Would it throw off the tune once the leak is fix? Do I need a retune? Will there be any issues.

In most cases a slight boost leak is not significant since the maf sesnor would compensate for additional load. However, important to re-adjust your boost controller to mainatin the same boost level.
