Al - Why are you not replying to the So Cal thread??

I don't understand. You've replied to just about every other state's thread except the SoCal thread. We need to know when you are coming down and get some times for each of the tunes. You will not be here on the 1st and 2nd of June as you've made other commitments, but we all have signed up for June 3rd-5th and have given our deposits. Could you please do us some service and let us know what your plans are?

Thanks,

-M

No doubt. If he didn't reply to noone's thread then I'd be happy.. but he does reply to threads each day.. he just somehow misses replying to the SoCal thread..

I actually *do* understand.

My point is simple. If you have a small amount of time to reply to guys that wants a reflash after the 3-5th of June, then I'd hope you have the time to respond to the people you are supposed to meet up with on 3-5th of June..

After previously dealing with Al, who sounds like a nice but busy guy; I've been wondering to myself if he has anyone else working for him. There comes a time when your buisness grows to the point where an extra pair of hands is needed in order to keep customers happy.

I was very happy with my mail in flash now that I have it, it's just at times I got the apperance that he was very very busy and wasn't able to get to my mail in ecu right away when it got to Dynoflash. I shipped it out on a Thursday via next day by 10:30 AM, didn't get it back till the following Tuesday morning. Which was okay (but slightly annoying) with me because I was driving the wifes car. But to some people this could be a turn off, and Al has a great product in my opionion. I wouldn't want people to turn away from his product just because he is very busy.

This is in no way an attack against Al, just trying to point out when a business grows, you may need to grow the staff as well

Sorry to hijack the thread, this just seemed on topic at the moment.

Can't wait to get a custom tune!

Guys - I am going to pick a weekend for the LA and Nor Cal trip which I plan to do both sides of the state in one week in mid June

I just have to figure out the date and honestly this week has been insane - I was in MD on Monday and last day through tomorrow I am madly working on getting my new turbo kit on the car to get ready for the SEMA show this weeknd in Atlantic City and then I fly to Puerto Rico on Friday

I will be posting up the dates for the LA trip very soon

I am running a bit behind with things the past few weeks due to the racing season and also the busy nature of the tuner market here in the north east in the spring when every one is pulling their cars out of the garage after the winter and getting them ready for spring

If things keep up at this pace here at Dyno Flash I will have to be hiring some help for sure

I appologize for the delays - please bear with us
