Looking to get the mail-in flash and a Buschur TBE... Is this a good start? I basically have $900-$1100, should I spend it somewhere/something else?

You are better off saving your two hundred and applying it towards a custom tune IMO.

 

You don't need a tune for an MBC. Just make sure you get an accurate boost gauge to set your boost. Greddy is a good choice if you don't want to go with the complexity/cost of a Defi D-Link setup.
